Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Active Oklahoma RN or LPN license in good standing.
• Current BLS certification.
• ACLS and PALS certification, or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Assess, monitor, and document patient conditions, vital signs, treatments, interventions, and changes in patient status.
• Administer medications, oxygen, wound care, and other prescribed therapies within scope of practice.
• Carry out provider orders accurately and promptly; communicate concerns.
