Job summary

Mercy invites experienced LPNs to join its Regional Float Pool in the East Region. You will float across Mercy facilities in the St. Louis area, performing comprehensive nursing care for adult and geriatric patients during night shifts.

This full-time role offers sign-on incentives and a benefits package, with opportunities for advancement. Requirements include graduation from an accredited practical nursing program and an active LPN license in the state.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited practical nursing program.
• LPN license required and maintained in the hiring state.
• Minimum 1 year bedside LPN experience for Med Surg; 2+ years for ED/ICU/other specialties.
• Certifications: BLS (MS); BLS/ACLS (CC); BLS/ACLS/PALS (ED); IV certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Float between Mercy facilities in the St. Louis region.
• Provide nursing care across multiple units including Med/Surg, Telemetry, ICU and ED as assigned.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in collaboration with the care team.
• Participate in shift rotations, patient assessments, and care coordination.
