Job summary

Lincoln Crawford Care Center – Cincinnati, OH is seeking dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for a full-time night shift (7pm–7am).

You’ll provide direct nursing care, administer medications, supervise aides, monitor residents, and collaborate with the care team to ensure the highest quality of care.

Qualifications

• Nursing degree from an accredited college or program.
• Current, active Ohio LPN license (or multi-state license).
• Current CPR certification.
• Knowledge of nursing practices, medical procedures, and long-term care regulations.
• Strong communication, critical thinking, and organizational skills.
• Compassionate approach and ability to work effectively with residents, families, and staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care in accordance with each resident’s care plan.
• Administer medications, perform assessments, provide wound care, and complete required documentation.
• Supervise and support Nursing Assistants in daily activities.
• Monitor residents’ conditions and promptly report changes to the physician.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team and families to ensure the highest quality of care.
