Lincoln Crawford Care Center in Cincinnati, Ohio is actively hiring an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for a full-time day shift (7:00 AM–7:00 PM). The RN delivers high-quality nursing care across skilled nursing, rehabilitation, and long-term care settings, collaborating with physicians, therapists, families, and nursing staff to coordinate individualized plans of care.

The ideal candidate will hold an Ohio RN license, CPR certification, and have experience in SNF/LTC or post-acute care.

Qualifications

• Active Ohio RN license (unencumbered)
• Multi-state license accepted where applicable
• Current CPR certification
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care including assessments, medication administration, treatments, wound care, and documentation
• Monitor resident conditions and promptly communicate changes to physicians and healthcare team
• Supervise and support STNAs, CNAs, and other nursing staff
• Coordinate care with physicians, therapists, social services and interdisciplinary team members
• Educate residents and families regarding care plans and treatment goals
• Participate in admissions, transfers, and discharge planning
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and compliance with facility standards
• Ensure adherence to state, federal, and local regulations governing skilled nursing and long-term care facilities
• Promote resident safety, dignity, quality of life, and positive healthcare outcomes
