Lincoln Crawford Care Center in Cincinnati, Ohio is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for a full-time day shift (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM). You will provide high-quality nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing, rehabilitation, and long-term care setting, collaborating with physicians, therapists, and families.

Qualifications

• Active Ohio RN license in good standing.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Current CPR certification.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care including assessments, medications, treatments, wound care, and documentation.
• Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes to physicians and healthcare team.
• Supervise and support STNAs, CNAs, and other nursing staff.
• Coordinate resident care with physicians, therapists, social services, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Educate residents and families regarding care plans and treatment goals.
• Participate in admissions, transfers, and discharge planning.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and compliance with facility standards.
• Ensure adherence to state, federal, and local regulations governing skilled nursing and long-term care facilities.
