Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing for practical nursing.
• CT license to practice as an LPN in CT.
• 1+ year clinical experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to patients under RN supervision.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Contribute to care plan development with data collection.
• Document patient information accurately and timely.
• Supervise CNAs to ensure compliance with care plans.
• Participate in inservices, meetings and quality improvement initiatives.
