Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care for assigned residents.
• Manage unit charge responsibilities and delivery of care.
• Perform assessments to establish an interdisciplinary care plan.
• Communicate with residents, families, and clinical staff.
• Supervise CNAs & LPNs to ensure plan of care adherence.
• Participate in education, inservices, and mandatory programs.
• Contribute to quality improvement activities.
