Job summary

Mercy Health is seeking an LPN for the Springfield Regional Medical Center in Springfield, OH. The LPN will deliver safe, efficient nursing care and support direct patient care activities under RN or physician supervision.

Responsibilities include implementing care plans, performing phlebotomy, administering medications, and collaborating with the healthcare team. A high school diploma and accredited LPN training are required, with Epic EHR experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Completion of an accredited LPN program.

Responsibilities

• Gives direct nursing care and assists with care of the patient at the direction of a RN, MD, PA, or APN.
• Implements the plan of care by providing direct basic nursing care within LPN scope.
• Performs phlebotomy services.
• Contributes to the plan of care with input from patient/family and other healthcare team members.
• Administers prescribed medications and treatments within scope of care.
• Other duties as assigned.
