Job summary

Good Samaritan in Lakota, ND is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide professional nursing care for residents in a long-term care setting. Under supervision, you will perform nursing duties, administer medications as ordered, and contribute to care plans with an interdisciplinary team.

The role requires graduation from an accredited practical nursing program, an active LPN license, and clinical experience.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program as an LPN.
• If IV therapy is required in ND, complete Board-approved program or IV course.
• Must have clinical experience across the lifespan or 400 hours as LPN.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care for residents per care plan.
• Administer medications or treatments as ordered.
• Document resident interactions and outcomes related to care.
• Work with an interdisciplinary care team and maintain confidentiality.
