Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program with LPN license.
• IV therapy/management skills per North Dakota requirements if applicable.
• Unencumbered LPN license and continuing education as required by department.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to long-term care residents.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Document resident interactions and outcomes.
• Participate in care planning with the interdisciplinary team.
• Communicate with residents and families and maintain confidentiality.
