Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program and hold an LPN license.
• Possess or be eligible for state LPN licensure with current credentials.
• Clinical experience across lifespan or minimum 400 hours as LPN required.
• Maintains annual CEUs and department competency training.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care for residents in long-term care.
• Administer medications or treatments as ordered.
