Job summary

Good Samaritan in Battle Lake, MN is seeking a Full Time LPN to provide professional nursing care in long-term care, under supervision of a registered nurse or physician. This role emphasizes resident safety, comfort and adherence to individualized care plans.

You must be a graduate of an accredited practical nursing program and hold an LPN license. Night shift 10:30pm–6:30am, 40 hours/week, with a $10,000 sign-on bonus and benefits including health, dental and vision insurance.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program and be licensed as an LPN.
• Associate degree in practical nursing preferred.
• Experience across the lifespan with supervised clinical work.
• Maintains required CEUs and department competencies.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care for residents in long-term care.
• Under supervision of a RN/physician, administer medications and treatments.
• Document resident interactions, outcomes, and care plans.
• Maintain confidentiality and communicate clearly with the care team.
