Homewood Living Plum Creek hires for a Night shift, Full-Time LPN role in Hanover. The position involves direct resident care, medication administration, and coordination with nursing staff.

Qualifications

• Current and valid LPN license in the state providing nursing care.
• Ability to read, write and understand English well.
• Able to stand, walk, stoop, twist and turn during an eight hour shift.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and assist with resident lifts and transfers.

Responsibilities

• Administers prescribed medications and treatments following nursing techniques.
• Maintains accurate and descriptive records of medical and nursing care.
• Assigns and supervises daily resident care tasks for Nursing Assistants and Hospitality Aides.
• Transcribes and enforces physician orders and supports rounds with physicians.
• Participates in resident care planning and responds to emergencies per protocol.
