Job summary
HMR Veterans Services, LLC is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for the night shift (7 PM–7 AM) to deliver compassionate, resident-centered care to veterans. You will supervise daily nursing operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and work with an interdisciplinary team to achieve excellent resident outcomes.
Qualified candidates have an active LPN/LVN license, at least 1 year of nursing experience, and a commitment to high-quality care.
Qualifications
- Active LPN/LVN license in the state of practice.
- Minimum 1 year of nursing experience in a hospital, skilled nursing facility, long-term care setting, or similar environment.
- Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and support daily nursing operations during your shift.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and facility policies.
- Deliver compassionate, high-quality nursing care to residents.
- Monitor residents' conditions and report changes promptly; collaborate with the interdisciplinary team.
- Assist nursing leadership in maintaining high standards of resident care.
