Job summary

HMR Veterans Services is seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for the Evening Shift (3 PM – 11 PM) to provide high‑quality, resident-centered care to America's Heroes. The role emphasizes supervision of nursing operations, regulatory compliance, and collaborative teamwork to deliver compassionate care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program or approved Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse program.
• Current, active, and unrestricted LPN/LVN license in the state of practice.
• Minimum of one year of nursing experience in a hospital, skilled nursing facility, long-term care setting, or other healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support daily nursing operations during your assigned shift.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, as well as facility policies and procedures.
• Deliver compassionate, high-quality nursing care to residents.
• Monitor residents' conditions and report changes appropriately.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support exceptional resident outcomes.
• Assist the Director of Nursing and Assistant Director of Nursing in maintaining the highest standards of resident care and clinical excellence.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have:
