Job summary

HMR Veterans Services, LLC is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for the night shift (7 PM–7 AM) to deliver compassionate, resident-centered care to veterans. You will supervise daily nursing operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and work with an interdisciplinary team to achieve excellent resident outcomes.

Qualified candidates have an active LPN/LVN license, at least 1 year of nursing experience, and a commitment to high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Active LPN/LVN license in the state of practice.
• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience in a hospital, skilled nursing facility, long-term care setting, or similar environment.
• Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support daily nursing operations during your shift.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and facility policies.
• Deliver compassionate, high-quality nursing care to residents.
• Monitor residents' conditions and report changes promptly; collaborate with the interdisciplinary team.
• Assist nursing leadership in maintaining high standards of resident care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program or approved Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse program
• Current, active, and unrestricted LPN/LVN license in the state of practice
• Minimum of one (1) year of nursing experience in a hospital, skilled nursing facility, long-term care setting, or other healthcare environment
