Job summary

HMR Veterans Services, LLC is seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for the Evening Shift (3:00 PM – 11:00 PM) to provide compassionate, resident-centered care to veterans.

You will supervise nursing operations during your shift, ensure regulatory compliance, monitor residents, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to uphold the highest standards of care.

Qualifications

• Must graduate from an accredited nursing program or approved LPN/LVN program.
• Current, active, and unrestricted LPN/LVN license in the state of practice.
• Minimum of one year of nursing experience in a hospital, skilled nursing facility, long-term care setting, or other healthcare environment.
• Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills.
• A commitment to providing high-quality, resident-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support daily nursing operations during your assigned shift.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, as well as facility policies and procedures.
• Deliver compassionate, high-quality nursing care to residents.
• Monitor residents' conditions and report changes appropriately.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support exceptional resident outcomes.
• Assist the Director of Nursing and Assistant Director of Nursing in maintaining the highest standards of resident care and clinical excellence.
