Responsibilities

• Provide quality medical care for each client throughout admission, treatment and discharge.
• Coordinate pharmacy and prescription needs, dispense medication, and keep clear med logs.
• Collaborate with extended medical, clinical and UR teams to ensure total coordination of care.
• Maintain meticulous medical documentation, tracking and reporting for each client.
• Provide patient education in individual and group settings.
