Avenues Recovery Center in Covington, LA is seeking licensed Practical Nurses for all shifts to provide medical care through admission, treatment, and discharge. You will coordinate medications, dispense meds, and maintain clear med logs, while collaborating with medical and clinical teams to ensure coordinated care.

Qualifications

• LPN program completed with a post-high-school diploma.
• Current Louisiana licensure to practice, or compact licensure with multi-state privileges.
• Strong oral and written communication; detail-oriented.
• Ability to multitask while delivering compassionate patient care.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality medical care for clients during admission, treatment and discharge.
• Coordinate medications, dispense meds, and maintain med logs.
• Collaborate with medical, clinical and UR teams to coordinate care.
• Maintain meticulous medical documentation and patient education in various settings.
