Job summary

AMG Physical Rehabilitation Hospital – Lafayette seeks Full-Time Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) for Night Shifts. The LPN provides direct and indirect patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, meeting psychosocial, physical and general care needs and communicating changes with physicians and team members.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited LPN program.
• Current Louisiana LPN Licensure.
• Current BLS certification.
• Minimum of six months to one year’s work experience.
• Ability to read and communicate effectively in English.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and indirect patient care under supervision of a Registered Nurse.
• Communicate patient condition changes to physicians and team members.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and hospital policies.
