Job summary

Ro Health is seeking a dedicated LPN to join our healthcare team at a long-term care facility in Arizona. The ideal candidate will ensure a safe, therapeutic, and hygienic environment while delivering professional nursing care, treatments, and services according to prescribed standards.

The role operates 10pm-7am full-time with Thursday/Friday off, offering opportunities to supervise and train staff and collaborate with physicians and therapists to support resident health.

Qualifications

LPN with strong geriatric care and nursing procedures.
Experience in a Nursing Home is a plus.
Ability to supervise and train staff in a healthcare setting.
Experience with AMS or similar management systems is a plus.
Commitment to compassionate, resident-focused care.

Responsibilities

Assess residents' health status and develop care plans.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Perform wound care, IV therapy, and catheter management.
Monitor and document changes in residents' conditions.
Coordinate care with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals.
Educate residents and families on health conditions and care plans.
Respond to medical emergencies and implement interventions.
Ensure compliance with facility policies and state regulations.
