Job summary

TeemaGroup is seeking an LPN for day and night coverage on a contracted basis with the State of Arizona. The role focuses on medication administration, patient assessments, and coordination of care in a geriatric setting.

Candidates must hold an Arizona LPN license and BLS certification, with experience in long-term care preferred. Night shift availability and a willingness to participate in QA/QI activities are required.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in Arizona.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
• Experience in geriatric nursing or long-term care setting preferred.
• Ability to work night shifts and adapt to a 12-hour schedule.

Responsibilities

• Administer medication and treatments as ordered within nursing scope.
• Observe and report effectiveness of medications and interventions.
• Maintain supplies and medication stock.
• Complete initial assessments and contribute to care planning.
• Document resident progress and care activities.
• Participate in shift handoffs and interdisciplinary communication.
• Support QA/QI initiatives in the unit.
