Job summary

Ro Health is seeking a dedicated LPN to join our healthcare team at a long-term care facility in Arizona. The ideal candidate will ensure a safe, therapeutic, and hygienic environment while delivering professional nursing care, treatments, and services according to prescribed standards.

The role operates 10pm-7am full-time with Thursday/Friday off, offering opportunities to supervise and train staff and collaborate with physicians and therapists to support resident health.

Qualifications

  • LPN with strong geriatric care and nursing procedures.
  • Experience in a Nursing Home is a plus.
  • Ability to supervise and train staff in a healthcare setting.
  • Experience with AMS or similar management systems is a plus.
  • Commitment to compassionate, resident-focused care.

Responsibilities

  • Assess residents' health status and develop care plans.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
  • Perform wound care, IV therapy, and catheter management.
  • Monitor and document changes in residents' conditions.
  • Coordinate care with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Educate residents and families on health conditions and care plans.
  • Respond to medical emergencies and implement interventions.
  • Ensure compliance with facility policies and state regulations.
