Qualifications

  • LPN license is required in Arizona.
  • At least 6 months LPN experience; 1 year preferred.
  • Wound care experience required for some roles.
  • Infection Preventionist Certification required for some roles.
  • Ability to supervise and train subordinate staff.
  • Experience with AMS or similar management systems is a plus.
  • Commitment to compassionate, resident-focused care.

Responsibilities

  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
  • Monitor vital signs and assess residents' conditions.
  • Provide wound care and dressing changes.
  • Assist with IV therapy and catheter care where permitted by state regulations.
  • Document residents' health status and report changes to RNs or physicians.
  • Supervise CNAs and other support staff.
  • Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) as needed.
  • Educate residents and families on care plans and health conditions.
  • Ensure compliance with facility policies and state regulations.
