This full‑time night position (PRN options) offers 12‑hour shifts, rotating weekends and holidays, and the chance to administer medications, perform assessments and support residents with kindness.

Qualifications

• Active LPN licensure required
• CPR certification required
• One year experience in geriatric or long-term care preferred
• Ability to assess and communicate effectively with residents

Responsibilities

• Plans, directs and provides care to residents per physician orders and care plans
• Administers medications and treatments
• Performs resident assessments
• Participates in daily resident rounding
• May assist with insertion and maintenance of IV therapies
