Job summary

Presbyterian Senior Living is seeking a PRN Licensed Practical Nurse to provide compassionate care to residents in our geriatric / long-term care settings. You will assess residents, administer medications, participate in daily rounding, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to implement the Plan of Care, while adhering to physician orders and safety protocols.

Active Pennsylvania LPN licensure required; CPR preferred; one year of geriatric or long-term care experience preferred; strong

• Active Pennsylvania Practical Nurse licensure required.
• One-year experience working in Geriatric or Long-Term Care setting preferred.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Ability to assess and effectively communicate with residents.
