Job summary

Northcrest Rehab and Nursing Center in Napoleon, Ohio is seeking Part-Time Night Shift Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team. You will provide direct nursing care to residents during overnight hours, under the supervision of an RN or Director of Nursing.

Qualifications

• Current LPN license in Ohio.
• Strong communication and clinical skills.
• Long-term care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care per care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor resident conditions and report changes.
• Support CNAs with resident care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Protect resident rights and follow facility policies.
