Job summary

Northcrest Rehab and Nursing Center in Napoleon, Ohio is seeking Full-Time Night Shift Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team. We are a Great Place to Work® Certified community focused on compassionate, professional care.

You will provide direct nursing care to residents during the night under supervision of an RN or Director of Nursing, ensuring safety and quality care throughout shifts.

Qualifications

• Current LPN license in the state of Ohio.
• Strong communication and clinical skills.
• Long-term care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care in accordance with care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor resident conditions and report changes.
• Support and assist CNAs with resident care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Promote and protect resident rights.
• Follow all facility policies and procedures.
