Job summary

Northcrest Nursing and Rehab in Napolean, Ohio is seeking compassionate Part-Time Registered Nurses (RN) to join our Night Shift team. This Night Shift position offers 12-hour shifts and a supportive work environment.

As a RN, you will provide high-quality nursing care, assess residents, administer medications, monitor vital signs, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team. Prior long-term care experience is preferred; Ohio RN license required.

Qualifications

• Valid Ohio RN license.
• Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities preferred.
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach to nursing care.
• Strong clinical skills and critical thinking abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in accordance with established policies and procedures.
• Assess residents' health status and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor residents' vital signs and report changes to the healthcare team.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive care.
• Educate residents and families on health maintenance and disease management.
