All Addiction Recovery LLC is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to provide direct nursing care in a Florida substance abuse treatment setting (detox, residential, outpatient). Under RN supervision, you will support withdrawal management and collaborate with the interdisciplinary treatment team to promote recovery, ensuring HIPAA and Florida standards compliance.

Qualifications

Shifts: Thursday–Saturday 7pm–7am
Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the State of Florida (unencumbered).
Minimum 1–2 years of nursing experience preferred in substance abuse, behavioral health, or psychiatric care.
Knowledge of detox protocols, MAT (e.g., buprenorphine, methadone, naltrexone), and behavioral health nursing practices.
CPR/BLS certification required; ACLS preferred.
Strong assessment, communication, and crisis intervention skills.

Responsabilités

Perform nursing assessments (medical history, vitals, suicide risk) and report findings to RN/Provider.
Provide direct care during detoxification and throughout the treatment continuum.
Administer medications safely, including MAT under RN/Provider; monitor adverse effects.
Maintain HIPAA compliance and accurate nursing logs.
Collaborate with Providers, RNs, DON on medication management.
Respond to medical and psychiatric emergencies; document and report.
