Job summary

• Complete nursing assessments for admissions and maintain accurate records.

• Monitor patients, obtain vital signs and respond to medical needs.
• Participate in treatment teams and quality improvement activities.
• Keep daily census, shift reports and medication records up to date.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
