Job summary

North End Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center in Boston, MA is seeking an LPN for full-time, part-time, or PRN positions. Shift: 7pm–7am. Daily Pay available.

Earn $35-$45 per hour all-inclusive with up to $3 shift differential and $5 PIB for FT. As an LPN you will provide patient-centered care, follow care plans, administer medications, monitor residents, document accurately, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered active LPN license in Massachusetts.
• Valid BLS Certification (CPR) required.
• Ability to care for multiple patients in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care per plan of care and physician orders.
• Follow individualized care plans developed by the Nurse Manager and interdisciplinary team.
• Administer medications and prescribed treatments per plan of care.
• Monitor residents, report changes promptly to supervising nurse or physician.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in accordance with orders and policies.
• Support a safe, respectful, and therapeutic environment for residents and families.
