Job summary
Sandstone Post Acute is seeking licensed practical nurses for night shifts (7pm–7am) in Bryan, OH. Competitive hourly pay ranges based on experience and licensed state requirements are offered, with lower resident ratios to support quality care.
New graduates and multi-state licensees are welcome to apply, alongside experienced nurses. Responsibilities include charting, narcotic counting, and monitoring patient conditions, with rounds alongside physicians as needed.
Qualifications
- Current LPN license in practicing state.
- Current BLS/CPR certification or willingness to acquire one.
Responsibilities
- Follows established procedure for charting and incident reporting.
- Follows company procedures for narcotic counting, pharmacy orders, and restraint reduction.
- Documents any change in patient\'s conditions including nutritional problems, infections, skin conditions, weight loss or any other noticeable changes.
- Document and notify applicable departments of any patient\'s room changes, LOA, new admits, or discharges.
- Makes rounds with physicians when necessary.
