Job summary

Eaglecrest Senior Living in Salina, KS seeks a full-time LPN for night shift (10p-6a) to provide compassionate, plan-based care. You will work under the Director of Nursing and collaborate with physicians, patients, and families to ensure quality outcomes.

You’ll maintain clinical records, educate patients, and monitor compliance with state and federal requirements while delivering individualized care in a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Provide care under care plans.
• Confer with physician, patient, family and staff involved in care.
• Communicate with patient and family regarding education and progress.

Responsibilities

• Provide a provision of care to patients in accordance with their care plans.
• Communicate with patient and family regarding education and progress of patient.
• Review and maintain all clinical records for patient’s care and progress.
• Provide individualized care to our patient’s.
• Review weekly reports to monitor compliance with State and Federal requirements.
