Eaglecrest Senior Living in Salina, KS is seeking a full-time LPN to join our night shift team (10p–6a). You will provide nursing care to residents according to care plans and work under the Director of Nursing.

Qualifications

• LPN license required.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to residents according to care plans and may confer with physicians, patients, family members, and staff.
• Communicate with patients and families regarding education and progress.
• Review and maintain all clinical records required for patient care and progress.
• Provide individualized care to residents.
• Review weekly reports to monitor compliance with State and Federal requirements (infection control, safety, etc.).

As an LPN, you will work under the general supervision of the communities Director of Nursing to:

• Provide a provision of care to patients in accordance with their care plans. May require conferences with physician, patient, family members and other staff involved with patient’s care.

• Communicate with patient and family regarding education and progress of patient.

• Review and maintain all clinical records, which are required for patient’s care and progress.

• Provide individualized care to our patient's.

• Review weekly reports to monitor personal and staff compliance to all State and Federal requirements including blood borne pathogens, hazardous materials, infection control, and fire safety
