Job summary

Eaglecrest Senior Living in Salina, KS seeks a full-time LPN for night shift (10p-6a) to provide compassionate, plan-based care. You will work under the Director of Nursing and collaborate with physicians, patients, and families to ensure quality outcomes.

You’ll maintain clinical records, educate patients, and monitor compliance with state and federal requirements while delivering individualized care in a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Provide care under care plans.
• Confer with physician, patient, family and staff involved in care.
• Communicate with patient and family regarding education and progress.

As an LPN, you will work under the general supervision of the communities Director of Nursing to:

• Provide a provision of care to patients in accordance with their care plans. May require conferences with physician, patient, family members and other staff involved with patient’s care.
• Communicate with patient and family regarding education and progress of patient.
• Review and maintain all clinical records, which are required for patient’s care and progress.
• Provide individualized care to our patient's.
• Review weekly reports to monitor personal and staff compliance to all State and Federal requirements including blood borne pathogens, hazardous materials, infection control, and fire safety
