Eaglecrest Senior Living in Kansas is seeking a full-time LPN for our night shift (10pm–6am). You will provide nursing care under the Director of Nursing, aligning with individual care plans and collaborating with physicians, patients, and families.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide care to patients per care plans; may include conferences with physician, patient, family, and staff involved in patient care.
• Communicate with patient and family regarding education and progress.
• Review and maintain clinical records required for patient care and progress.
• Provide individualized care to patients.
• Review weekly reports to monitor compliance with state and federal requirements (bloodborne pathogens, hazardous materials, infection control, fire safety).

As an LPN, you will work under the general supervision of the communities Director of Nursing to:

• Provide a provision of care to patients in accordance with their care plans. May require conferences with physician, patient, family members and other staff involved with patient’s care.

• Communicate with patient and family regarding education and progress of patient.

• Review and maintain all clinical records, which are required for patient’s care and progress.

• Provide individualized care to our patient's.

• Review weekly reports to monitor personal and staff compliance to all State and Federal requirements including blood borne pathogens, hazardous materials, infection control, and fire safety
