St. Joseph of the Pines in Southern Pines, North Carolina, is seeking a licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide direct nursing care and supervise Nursing Assistants on a 12-hour night shift.

You will be part of a compassionate care team delivering high-quality, resident-centered services in a long-term care setting. You will administer medications, monitor residents, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure safety and quality in a regulated environment.

Qualificações

• Current, active, and unencumbered LPN license in accordance with state regulations.
• Minimum of six (6) months of experience as a staff nurse in a long-term care setting preferred.
• Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused approach to care.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative healthcare team.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver high-quality nursing care in accordance with resident care plans and physician orders.
• Administer medications safely and accurately, following the Five Rights of Medication Administration.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to provide exceptional resident care.
• Monitor residents' health status and communicate changes to the appropriate team members.
• Provide comfort, support, and compassionate care to residents and families.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized care environment.
• Support quality assurance and regulatory compliance initiatives.
• Participate in ongoing education, training, and professional development opportunities.
