Quality Center for Rehabilitation and Healing is seeking compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for the 6:00 p.m.–6:00 a.m. night shift. You will provide direct nursing care within a rehabilitation and long-term care setting, following care plans and ensuring resident safety.

The ideal candidate holds an unrestricted LPN license, has practical nursing program training, and is willing to obtain CPR if needed. Strong communication and teamwork are essential in this fast-paced environment.

Qualifikationen

• Current, unrestricted LPN license in the state of employment.
• Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program.
• Previous skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or long-term care experience preferred.
• Current CPR certification or willingness to obtain it, as required.
• Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Compassionate and resident-focused approach to care.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Availability to work the 6:00 p.m.-6:00 a.m. night shift.

Aufgaben

• Provide direct nursing care in accordance with residents' care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians.
• Monitor residents' conditions and promptly report changes to the appropriate clinical team members.
• Accurately document medications, treatments, observations, and resident responses.
• Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges.
• Communicate with residents, families, physicians, and the interdisciplinary team.
• Supervise and provide guidance to CNAs as assigned.
• Follow infection-control, safety, and emergency procedures.
• Maintain residents' dignity, privacy, comfort, and confidentiality.
• Ensure compliance with facility policies and applicable nursing regulations.
• Respond to resident needs and clinical emergencies.
• Participate in care planning, shift reports, and quality-improvement initiatives.
• Perform other nursing duties as assigned.
