• Ability to meet unit-specific care requirements and communicate effectively.
• Demonstrates dependable, reliable, flexible performance.

Responsibilities

• Administers medications and IV therapy per guidelines.
• Documents nursing care and patient responses in the EHR.
• Monitors patient status and reports updates to the RN.
• Adheres to interdisciplinary care plans and evidence-based practice.
• Responds promptly to call lights.
• Operates Health First computer systems for orders and documentation.
• Educates patients and families per plan of care.
• Delivers respectful patient care honoring diverse needs.
