Job summary

CFG Health Systems, Port Huron, MI, seeks a Licensed Practical Nurse to provide direct nursing care under RN/physician supervision, administer medications, monitor patient conditions, and assist with treatment plans while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

The LPN will deliver patient-centered care, maintain EHR documentation, educate patients, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team in a night-shift setting with applicable shift differential.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing Program.
• Active LPN license in the state of practice.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Knowledge of nursing principles, practices, and procedures.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver basic nursing care to patients in accordance with established policies and procedures.
• Monitor and record vital signs, symptoms, and responses to treatment.
• Administer medications, injections, and treatments as ordered within scope of practice.
• Assist RNs or physicians with patient assessments and care planning.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in electronic health records (EHR/EMR).
• Educate patients on medications, treatments, and self-care strategies.
