Job summary
LionStone Care is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for the Park Vista Care Community in Youngstown, OH. This full-time, night-shift position offers hourly compensation and a focus on compassionate, patient-centered nursing care.

Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) program.
- Active LPN license.
- Healthcare/long-term care experience preferred but not required.
- Strong clinical nursing skills and effective communication.
Responsibilities
- Provide basic nursing care and administer medications.
- Monitor vital signs and report changes to the team.
- Develop and follow individualized care plans with the care team.
- Assist RNs and physicians during procedures and dressing changes.
- Document health status and care provided in medical records.
- Support residents and families with information about treatments.
