Job summary

The Pavilion at Edgefield in Canton, OH is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a full-time night shift (7p-7a) to provide direct nursing care and supervise CNAs.

Responsibilities include medication administration, wound care, and coordinating admissions/discharges while ensuring policy compliance. Ohio LPN license, CPR, and IV certification (if applicable) are required or preferred.

Qualifications

• Nursing degree from an accredited college or university.
• Current unrestricted LPN license in Ohio.
• Current CPR certification.
• IV certification, if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Directs daily nursing activities by CNAs and follows facility policies.
• Promotes holistic care and adheres to nursing models.
• Performs physician order transcription and medication administration.
• Conducts wound care and documents changes.
• Schedules follow-up appointments and transportation as needed.
• Provides nursing leadership to the unit.
