Job summary

Covenant Village Care Center in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a licensed practical nurse (LPN) for full-time night shift (12 hours). You will provide direct patient care under RN supervision, administer medications, monitor vitals, and maintain care documentation in a long-term care setting.

You will collaborate with RNs and physicians to deliver high-quality nursing care, support resident comfort, and ensure safety. LPN licensure and a strong patient-centered approach are essential for this role.

Qualifications

• Education: Completion of an accredited LPN or LVN program.
• Licensure: Current and active LPN license.
• Experience: Healthcare or long-term care setting preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic nursing care, administer medications, assist with hygiene.
• Monitor vital signs and report abnormalities to supervising staff.
• Maintain accurate documentation of care and treatments.
• Collaborate with RNs, physicians and other staff for cohesive patient care.
• Follow infection control protocols and ensure safety in the care environment.
• Advocate for residents, provide emotional support to residents and families.
