Job summary

Spring Mill Health Campus is seeking a Midnight Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our care team in a long-term care setting.

We offer both full-time and part-time opportunities. The LPN will provide patient-centered nursing care, administer medications, monitor residents, document accurately in the chart, supervise CNAs, and collaborate with physicians and families in a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Active Indiana LPN license is required.
• Compassionate, dependable and team-oriented.
• Strong clinical, communication and leadership skills.
• Long-term care experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care according to residents’ individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and on time.
• Monitor residents and promptly report changes in condition.
• Complete accurate and timely documentation in PointClickCare.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians and team members.
• Supervise and support CNAs during the shift.
• Maintain residents’ safety, comfort, privacy and dignity.
• Follow all facility policies, clinical standards and regulatory requirements.
