Job summary

Responsibilities
- Provide direct resident care as an LPN on night shift.
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.
- Monitor resident conditions and promptly report changes.
- Accurately document nursing care in the EMR.
- Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams.
- Ensure compliance with state and federal nursing regulations.
- Respond to overnight clinical needs and emergencies.
