You will administer medications, monitor vital signs, and support patients' physical and emotional well-being while following established protocols. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, document in the electronic health records system, educate patients and families, and participate in ongoing training to

Formación

• Completion of an accredited Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) program.
• 0-3 years of experience as an LPN, preferably in behavioral health.
• Night shift experience is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians and in accordance with nursing standards and facility policies.
• Monitor patients' vital signs and report significant changes to the healthcare team.
• Assist in developing and implementing individualized patient care plans.
• Provide direct patient care, including assistance with activities of daily living and hygiene.
• Document patient care activities accurately and timely in the electronic health records system.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
• Educate patients and families about health conditions, treatment plans, and medication management.
• Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and continuing education to maintain nursing competencies.
• Adhere to regulatory and compliance standards, including infection control and safety guidelines.
