Responsibilities include medication ordering, administration and documentation, nursing assessments, and ensuring audit-ready records by morning.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited LPN nursing program.
• One year of medication administration experience in substance abuse treatment, psychiatric care, or long-term care, including dispensing narcotics.
• Ability to work overnights and rotating weekends.

Responsibilities

• Medication ordering/dispensing, administration and documentation (including controlled substances).
• Routine physical and mental health nursing assessments.
• Supportive counseling during care encounters.
• Intake and follow-up interviews.
• Maintaining inventories and updating records.
