RHA Health Services, LLC is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a Behavioral Health Crisis & Detox facility. The position supports assessment, care, and treatment of clients on night shifts, and requires active LPN licensure in the employed state with preferred behavioral health experience.

The role includes nursing assessments, medication oversight, and adherence to HIPAA, confidentiality, and regulatory standards, with opportunities for growth through CQI initiatives and staff

Qualifications

• Active and current LPN licensure in state of employment.
• 2 years’ experience as a nurse working with behavioral health clients (preferred).
• Working knowledge of psychoactive substance abuse, dependency, and related treatment principles.

Responsabilités

• Perform nursing assessments and interventions with medication oversight and administration as needed.
• Report client’s social, psychological, and physical behavior as indicated.
• Implement standards of nursing practice and ensure compliance with confidentiality HIPAA and accreditation requirements.
• Follow policies to ensure regulatory compliance and participate in CQI activities.
