You will build therapeutic relationships, collaborate with the interdisciplinary team, and communicate clearly while maintaining professionalism.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PN program is required.
• Valid Ohio LPN license is required.
• Experience in behavioral health or direct care for individuals with developmental disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist providers and health care professionals with examinations, treatments, and procedures.
• Obtain patient health history, vital signs, and laboratory specimens within scope.
• Administer medications and document administration as ordered.
• Submit regular reports to the provider as requested.
• Educate clients and staff about medications and health care needs.
• Coordinate care with the interdisciplinary team to support treatment goals.
• Maintain accurate documentation of client data and treatment progress.
• Communicate clearly with clients and colleagues.
